在设计液压往复泵时,曲轴的内力随曲轴转角而变化,故要精确计算其内力值比较困难。笔者在开发新产品过程中,推导出曲轴内力计算公式,并用BASIC语言专门编制了液压往复泵曲轴内力计算的程序。只要设计人员输入有关参数,即可得出曲轴在o~360°范围内弯矩和扭矩变化的规律及其极值的大小,为疲劳强度计算提供了可靠的内力数值。现以三拐曲轴为例介绍于下。
When the hydraulic reciprocating pump is designed, the internal force of the crankshaft changes with the crank angle, so it is difficult to accurately calculate the internal force value. In the process of developing new products, the author deduced the calculation formula of the internal force of the crankshaft, and specifically programmed the internal force calculation of the crankshaft of the hydraulic reciprocating pump using the BASIC language. As long as the designer inputs the relevant parameters, the law of the bending moment and torque variation in the crankshaft in the range of o-360° and the magnitude of the extreme value can be obtained, which provides a reliable internal force value for the fatigue strength calculation. The three-turn crankshaft is used as an example.
