本文报道了硒的动力学—荧光测定法。硒可催化次甲蓝(MB)与硫离子的还原反应: 2MB+S~(2-)+2H_2O=2HMB+2OH~-+S 硒存在下可加速上述反应,因为硒与硫形成[S…S.]~(2-)离子,它与次甲蓝的反应明显高于硫离子。反应速度可用产生的荧光测定,反应后形成的无色化合物发生蓝色荧光,而次甲蓝的蓝色对荧光无影响。本法可测0.01~0.4
This paper reports the kinetics of selenium - fluorimetry.
