研究了不同应力比的二线热应力疲劳试验并进行了数值分析。结果表明:热疲劳裂纹的形态决定于两个主应力的比和两个主塑性应变的比;直线型裂纹的方向垂直于最大主应力方向;两个主应力的值和两个主塑性应变值相近时出现网状龟裂。
The second-line thermal stress fatigue tests with different stress ratios were studied and the numerical analysis was carried out. The results show that the shape of thermal fatigue crack is determined by the ratio of two principal stresses and the ratio of two principal plastic strains. The direction of linear crack is perpendicular to the direction of maximum principal stress.
