南通市企业管理咨询公司成立4年来,先后为43家企业进行了各种类型的管理咨询。随着企业内部改革的深化,为拓展企业管理咨询的途径,我们尝试改变过去单一“行医”咨询的方式为“行医”“坐诊”相结合,即在面上咨询的同时,承包一个企业作为重点,“坐诊”咨询。从1988年1月起投标承包南通航海仪表厂,在一年半的实践中,使我们的管理咨询工作又上了一个台阶。
