中国经济进入“新常态”的历史发展阶段,全面提升人力资本整体素质是一项紧迫的任务。本文分析了提高高职人才培养质量的必要性,列举了影响高职人才培养质量的因素,通过在职业素质教育中推行工匠精神、推行创业创新教育、重视师资选拔、培养与建设,以达到提高高职人才培养质量的目的。
