Shen Nian Yao, born in 1964, Hubei Jingzhou people, Communist Party members. In 1987 graduated fromHuazhong Normal University Department of history, won a bachelor’s degree in history. He graduated from the School of Politics and Public Administration of Wuhan University in 2005 with a master’s degree in Marxist theory and ideological and political education. He is a professor at the School of Economics and Politics of Hubei University of Arts and Sciences and a director of the Compendium of Modern Chinese History in the course of ideological and political theory.
