取人工流产的不同妊娠周龄的人妊娠早期胎盘绒毛组织,测定其肾素活性及其在离体培养条件下的肾素分泌,同时对组织中的血管紧张素Ⅰ和Ⅱ(angiotensinⅠandⅡ,AⅠ,AⅡ)的含量进行测定。结果表明:人妊娠早期胎盘绒毛组织中的肾素活性较高,但随着妊娠周龄的增加,肾素活性明显降低;AⅡ含量随着妊娠周龄的增加而显著增加,与肾素活性的变化趋势相反;离体培养的绒毛有分泌肾素的能力,分泌能力随着妊娠周龄的增加而增加;在绒毛组织提取液和离体培养液中均未检测到AⅠ。提示人妊娠早期胎盘绒毛组织可能已存在着独立的肾素-血管紧张素系统。
The abortion of human placenta from different gestation weeks of pregnancy induced by abortion was carried out. The renin activity and the renin secretion in vitro were measured. Meanwhile, the expressions of angiotensin Ⅰ and Ⅱ (AⅠ, AII) content of the determination. The results showed that in the first trimester of pregnancy, the renin activity of placental villi was higher, but with the increase of gestational age, renin activity was significantly reduced; A Ⅱ content increased significantly with the increase of gestational age, and renin activity The trend was opposite. In vitro cultured villus had the ability of secreting renin, and the secretion ability increased with the increase of gestational age. No AⅠ was detected in both villus tissue extracts and in vitro culture medium. This suggests that there may already be an independent renin-angiotensin system in human placental villi in early pregnancy.
