全民所有制大中型企业,是我们国家财政收入的主要来源,是关系国民经济和人民生活的支柱,也是关系我国社会稳定、政治稳定的关键。搞活全民所有制大中型企业,是当前我国经济建设中急需解决的一个关键问题,是关系到社会主义现代化建设全局的一件大事。要切实把大中型企业搞活,除了国家采取积极措施治理好外部环境之外,作为企业领导来说,应把着力点放在内部,而内部又要把基点放在全心全意依靠职工群众上,即放在落实职工主人地位、发挥职工主人作用方面。当前,在全心全意依靠职工群众方面,至少有这么几个问题亟待进一步解决。一、企业领导要端正思想认识,改进工作作风。企业领导者的思想观念,对于企业职工主人地位的实现和主人作用的发挥,具有十分重要的意义。

First, business leaders should correct their thinking and improve their work style.
