目的探讨液体石蜡加生理盐水灌肠对泌尿系统造影成像效果及灌肠效果的影响。方法将160例肾结石肾积水患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组采用肥皂水清洁灌肠,观察组采用液体石蜡加生理盐水清洁灌肠。结果观察组成像效果及灌肠效果显著优于对照组(均P<0.01),舒适度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论液体石蜡灌肠用于泌尿系统检查效果优于肥皂水清洁灌肠。
Objective To investigate the effects of liquid paraffin plus saline on enema imaging and enema. Methods 160 cases of renal hydronephrosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with soapy water. The observation group was treated with liquid paraffin plus saline. Results The imaging and enema effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (all P <0.01), and the comfort was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Liquid paraffin enema is superior to urinary system in cleaning enema.
