通过对00Cr17Ti经热带退火、不经热带退火两种工艺的对比试验,在分析显微组织、织构-、R值和ΔR值的基础上,研究了热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响。研究结果表明:与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火能使00Cr17Ti薄板的-R值提高约0.2,但是,ΔR值会增大约0.7。这是由两种工艺的成品薄板在显微组织、织构上的差异造成的。与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火的成品薄板具有更大的晶粒尺寸、更加均匀的组织以及更强的{111}再结晶织构,这使-R值提高,但是,其{111}γ取向线上各织构组分强度的非常不一致却导致ΔR值明显偏大。
The effects of annealing on the formability of 00Cr17Ti sheet were studied based on the comparison of the microstructure, texture - R value and ΔR value by comparing the 00Cr17Ti with the tropical annealing without the tropical annealing. The results show that the R value of 00Cr17Ti sheet can be increased by about 0.2 with tropical annealing compared with that without the tropical annealing, however, the value of ΔR increases by about 0.7. This is caused by the difference between the microstructure and texture of the finished sheet of the two processes. The finished sheet annealed by tropical annealing has a larger grain size, a more uniform texture and a stronger {111} recrystallization texture than the one without the tropical annealing, which makes the value of -R increase, however, the {111 } The very inconsistent intensity of the texture components on the γ-orientation line results in a significantly larger ΔR value.
