我院1990～2001年共收治肺结核4229例,其中肺结核合并肺癌误诊118例,占肺结核患者的2.79％。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 118例肺结核合并肺癌患者,均系我院1990～2001年的住院患者,其中男性98例,女性20例,平均年龄54.3岁,肺结核病程3～30年,平均16.5年,均通过细菌学,X线动态观察确诊为肺结核,其中Ⅲ型肺结核86例,Ⅳ型肺结核23例,结核性胸膜炎9例,并发肺癌者全部病理证实。
A total of 4229 cases of tuberculosis were admitted to our hospital from 1990 to 2001, of which 118 cases were misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis and 2.79% of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
