鉴定杂交玉米自花授粉母株的电泳法与形态学鉴定法的比较选取4个杂交玉米栽培品种的种子批,应用电泳法及形态学特征计算自花授粉母株的百分率。所测定的4批种子,混株率分别为0%、3%、6%和12%.混株的田间鉴定是在幼苗期、开花期及成熟期进行。电泳实验采用已生长5天的种苗胚芽鞘组织。在幼苗和开花阶段,形态学的比较,其结果是不准确的.成熟期的田间比较实验,一般是准确的,然而利用电泳法所测得的结果,往往更为准确.电冰法的另一个优点是还能测定自花授粉母株在收获前的生活力和生长速度。
Comparison of Electrophoresis and Morphological Identification of Self-pollinated Parental Lines for Identification of Hybrid Maize Seeds batches of four hybrid maize cultivars were selected and the percentage of self-pollinating parent strains was calculated by electrophoresis and morphological characteristics. The tested four batches of seed and mixed strains were 0%, 3%, 6% and 12% respectively.The field identification of the mixed plants was carried out at seedling, flowering and maturity stages. Electrophoresis experiments using seedlings have grown for 5 days coleoptile tissue. In seedling and flowering stage, morphological comparison, the results are inaccurate.Mature field comparative experiments, generally accurate, but the results obtained by electrophoresis are often more accurate. One advantage is the ability to measure the viability and growth rate of self-pollinating parent plants prior to harvest.
