近年来,随着义务教育的普及和素质教育的不断深入,传统的填鸭式、满堂灌等教学方式越来越无法满足新时期人才发展需要,教学改革早已迫在眉睫,体育教学作为素质教育中不可或缺的组成部分,对其教学方法、教学观念进行改革刻不容缓。本文从中等职业院校体育教学现状入手,简单阐述了中职体育教学改革有效性及相应措施。
