目的 了解 2型糖尿病患者骨代谢中成骨细胞功能改变及其相关因素。方法 采用RIA方法分别测定 3 6例 2型糖尿病患者及 60例正常对照的空腹血清I型前胶原羧基端前肽 (PICP)。结果 2型糖尿病组平均PICP为 ( 93 48± 2 8 46) μg/L ,显著低于正常对照的 ( 14 1 3 7± 5 8 2 7) μg/L(P <0 0 1) ,各年龄组间没有明显差异 ,但均明显低于同年龄组的正常对照。患者血清PICP与C肽呈正相关r=0 40 4(P <0 0 5 ) ,与年龄、性别、空腹血糖无相关性。结论 2型糖尿病患者I型胶原合成速率、成骨细胞功能较正常人降低 ,骨形成减少 ,可能与患者胰岛功能降低有关。
Objective To understand the functional changes of osteoblasts in bone metabolism and its related factors in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Fasting serum type Ⅰ procollagen carboxyterminal propeptide (PICP) was determined by RIA in 36 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 60 normal controls. Results The average PICP in type 2 diabetic patients was (93 48 ± 2 8 46) μg / L, which was significantly lower than that of the controls (14 1 37 ± 58 82) μg / L (P 0 01) There was no significant difference between the groups, but both were significantly lower than the normal controls in the same age group. Serum PICP was positively correlated with C peptide (r = 0 40 4, P 0 05), but not related to age, sex and fasting blood glucose. Conclusions The type I collagen synthesis rate and osteoblast function in type 2 diabetic patients are lower than those in normal subjects and bone formation is reduced, which may be related to the decrease of pancreatic islet function.
