本文调查了浙江省境内野生与引种栽培的红豆杉属植物种类、资源蕴藏量及其研究现状，并开展了云南红豆杉与南方红豆杉的插穗采样、优选、最适生报剂的筛选；插穗长度对插穗发报率、平均很生长量和苗成活率的影响以及南方红豆杉和东北红豆杉的种子繁殖研究．
