随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,如何进一步增强企业活力,使企业逐步成为自主经营自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的生产者和经营者,转换现有企业运行机制是关键。要把企业真正推向市场,以价值规律和供求关系规范企业的经济行为,让企业在市场这个大舞台上接受检验,从而达到经济结构调整,经济效益提高的目的。笔者认为,借鉴资本主义股份形式,结合我国国情,摸索制定出一套符合我国生产力发展水平的企业股份制经济形式,不失为转换现行企业运行机制的一种合理选择。
With the continuous deepening of China’s economic reform, how to further enhance the vitality of enterprises so that enterprises gradually become self-employed and self-supporting producers and operators with self-financing, self-development and self-restraint is the key to transforming the existing enterprise operating mechanism. It is necessary to bring the enterprise to the market and standardize the economic behavior of the enterprise based on the law of value and the relationship between supply and demand so that the enterprises can be tested on the big stage of the market so as to achieve the purpose of economic structural adjustment and economic benefits improvement. The author believes that drawing on the form of capitalist stocks and combining with our country’s national conditions, it is a reasonable choice to explore a set of economic forms of joint-stock enterprises in line with the level of development of productive forces in our country.
