今年以来,在我国新闻媒体上使用频率最高的词汇是“西部开发”四个字。然而,如果稍加留意便不难发现,在相关的报道中,西部开发的新闻照片颇有些落后于文字报道、电视报道和其他媒体。至少,水准高的新闻照片还不多见。 这是现状,又是问题。 但同时我们又不能这样认为:“落后于”或者“力度不够”的责任,是因为摄影记者不重视。出成果离不开重视,而要出成果单单是重视也是不够的,还应有必要的理性思考、知识准备和社会实践。 必要的知识准备 当今的中国,GDP持续20年高速增长,巳经令世界刮目相看。在这样的大背景下,中国又进行西部大开发,它的公众关注度和显著性是世界性的。面对这样的大事件,中国摄影记者既有机遇又挑战。
This year, the most frequently used vocabulary in our news media is the word “western development”. However, if you pay more attention to it, you will find it hard to find that in the relevant reports, the news photographs developed in the western region lag behind those in word coverage, television coverage and other media outlets. At least, high-standard news photos are rare. This is the status quo, but also the problem.
