粉煤灰库承担着燃煤发电厂排出的粉煤灰的存贮任务,粉煤灰库坝是贮灰场的主体工程,粉煤灰库坝的安全直接关系到人民生命财产的安全和环境保护。粉煤灰库事故可引发泥石流、滑坡、水土污染等次生灾害而进一步扩大事故的危害性。本文分析了某粉煤灰库存在的主要危险及危害因素,并对库坝抗滑稳定性进行了计算,对坝体稳定性进行了分析评价,提出了坝体失稳的治理方法及闭库安全管理措施与建议,以期对粉煤灰库闭库安全管理提供参考。
The fly ash reservoir undertakes the storage task of fly ash discharged from coal-fired power plants. The fly ash reservoir dam is the main project of the ash storage yard. The safety of the fly ash reservoir dam directly relates to the safety and environment of people’s life and property protection. Fly ash reservoir accidents can lead to debris flows, landslides, soil and water pollution and other secondary disasters to further expand the dangers of the accident. This paper analyzes the main hazards and hazardous factors existing in a fly ash storehouse, and calculates the stability of the bank dam against slippage, analyzes and evaluates the stability of the dam body, puts forward the management method of dam instability and the closed library Safety management measures and suggestions, with a view to provide a reference for the safe management of fly ash library closed library.
