概述微束等离子弧焊接是六十年代发展起来的一种焊接新工艺。在国外很受重视,因而发展得十分迅速。国内近十多年来发展也很快,已在电子工业,原子能工业,火箭、飞机、空间技术等方面得到了广泛应用。微束等离子弧具有稳定性好,热量集中,能量密度高等特点,能成功地焊接薄板和细丝。该所从一九六九年以来对等离子焊接作过一些探讨和研究。先后研制成功 LH-10,LH-30,LH-16型微束等离子焊机,其中 LH-16是在一九七七年研究成功的。它具有以下几个特点:
