目的:对内镜在脑肿瘤中的治疗效果进行探讨。方法:选择我院2013年4月至2014年4月收治的100例脑肿瘤患者做为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各50例,对照组接受开颅手术治疗,试验组接受内镜治疗,对两组患者接受治疗后的肿瘤全切除率和GOS评分优良率进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗后肿瘤全切除率和GOS评分优良率的比较有显著性差异,(P<0.05),试验组治疗后的肿瘤全切除率和GOS评分优良率均显著高于对照组。结论:对脑肿瘤患者实施内镜治疗,可获得较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of endoscopy in brain tumors. Methods: A total of 100 patients with brain tumors admitted from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 50). The control group received craniotomy. The experimental group received Mirror treatment, the two groups of patients after treatment of tumor resection rate and GOS score were compared. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the total resection rate and the GOS score (P <0.05). The total resection rate and the GOS score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Endoscopic treatment of patients with brain cancer can get better clinical efficacy, it is worth in the clinical application.
