目的探讨 82例老年不同类型脑缺血性中风患者血浆中内皮素- 1(ET- 1),降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)与多切变粘度相关性改变对缺血性脑血管病的影响。方法用放免分析法 (RiA)检测。结果 ET- 1改变与多切变粘度呈正相关,而 CGRP的血浆水平与多切变粘度呈负相关,这两种相关性在脑梗塞组的低切变率时较显著,但, P >0.05。结论 (1)ET- 1除对脑血流和对血管有收缩、调节作用外,并能使血粘度升高,参与脑梗塞的形成机制。 (2)对 ET- 1和血粘度增高的脑梗塞患者,应尽早进行稀释和放射介入治疗。 (3)血浆 ET- 1、 CGRP、血粘度水平变化与脑损伤程度有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin - 1 (ET - 1), calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP) and multi - shear viscosity in 82 elderly patients with different types of cerebral ischemic stroke. influences. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RiA) test. Results The change of ET-1 was positively correlated with the multi-shear viscosity, while the plasma level of CGRP was negatively correlated with the multi-shear viscosity. The correlation between ET-1 viscosity and MI was significant at low shear rate of cerebral infarction group . Conclusion (1) ET-1 in addition to cerebral blood flow and blood vessels have contraction and regulation, and can make the blood viscosity, involved in the formation of cerebral infarction mechanism. (2) ET-1 and blood viscosity in patients with cerebral infarction should be diluted and radiation intervention as soon as possible. (3) The plasma levels of ET-1, CGRP and blood viscosity correlate with the degree of brain injury.
