河南省新乡市第一拖拉机厂,是机电部定点生产中、小型四轮拖拉机的专业厂家。随着生产的不断发展,新技术、新设备的引进,工艺流程的不断改善,产品出口量的逐年扩大,职工的现有素质已不能满足生产的发展和需要。为此,该厂领导一班人决定结合企业转换经营机制在全厂开展全员岗位培训,借以提高职工素质和企业整体素质。一年来,该厂对全厂职工分期、分批、分工种、分科目、分等级地进行了全员岗位培训,取得了明显的效果。他们的具体做法是:
