映秀镇是“5·12”汶川大地震的震中,镇中心区被夷为平地,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。经过5年重建,如今的映秀镇一改往日旧貌。新建的房屋容纳了如保罗·安德鲁、贝聿铭、何镜堂等国内外顶级设计师的智慧。一个总投资20亿元、抗震能力强的映秀新镇今年即将展现在世人面前。出于安全考虑,重建的楼房一律控制在四层以下,一般住房在三层左右。建筑材料和工艺都将吸收国际先进的技术和经验,确保能抗8级地震。整个集镇人口规模将控制在5000人左右。新映秀整体成为了我国乃至世界的“抗震减灾示范区”。这是我国有史以来最迅速的一次灾后重建,仅用了不到1000天的时间,灾区的面貌就实现了二十年的跨越。
Yingxiuzhen is the epicenter of the “May 12” Wenchuan earthquake that razed the town center, causing huge casualties and property losses. After five years of reconstruction, today’s Yingxiu town changed the old look. The newly built houses accommodate the wisdom of top designers at home and abroad, such as Paul Andrew, IM Pei, and He Jingtang. A total investment of 2000000000 yuan, earthquake-resistant Yingxiu new town this year will soon be displayed in the world. For security reasons, all the buildings under reconstruction shall be controlled under four floors with general housing at about three floors. Building materials and technology will absorb the international advanced technology and experience to ensure that the earthquake of 8 magnitude. The entire town population will be controlled at about 5,000 people. New Yingxiu as a whole has become our country and the world “Earthquake disaster reduction demonstration zone ”. This is the quickest post-disaster reconstruction in our country. In less than 1,000 days, the face of the disaster-stricken area has achieved a span of 20 years.
