考察了由新鲜猪心和短时（72小时）冷冻猪心制成的心悬浮液对测定细胞色素C酶活力的影响。结果表明，二者测定结果基本一致。
The effect of cardiac suspension made from fresh pig hearts and short-term (72 h) frozen porcine heart on the determination of cytochrome C enzyme activity was examined. The results show that the two measured results are basically the same.
