目的建立维血康颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别党参、熟地黄、何首乌;采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil C18(250mm×4mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(21∶79),流速1.0mL·min-1,测定波长283nm。结果定性鉴别的分离度好、重复性好、专属性强;橙皮苷的线性范围为1.084~5.240μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.94%,RSD=1.69%。结论所用方法准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Weixuekang granules. Methods HPLC method was used to identify the content of hesperidin in Codonopsis pilosula, Rehmannia glutinosa and Polygonum multiflorum. The chromatographic column was Agilent Hypersil C18 (250mm × 4mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (21:79) mL · min-1, the measurement wavelength of 283nm. Results The results of qualitative identification showed good resolution, good reproducibility and specificity. Hesperidin had a linear range of 1.084-5.240μg (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 98.94% and RSD of 1.69%. Conclusion The method used is accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
