在1999-2001年对我省男子皮划艇运动员科研服务期间,根据运动员的训练计划进行了机能跟踪监控,目的是通过大量的测试分析寻找出皮划艇运动员不同训练负荷前、后,竞技能力的变化与训练比赛之间的关系,有针对性地通过科研数据对复杂的皮划艇训练和运动员机能特征及其训练规律进行再认识。三年来大量的测试和数据分析发现,HB、HR、∑T/R等指标与本项目运动员大负荷训练、比赛有着密切的关系。经过几年的实践和探索,可以得出HB、HR、∑T/R是我省皮划艇运动员训练负荷监控和训练效果评价的敏感性指标。
During 1999-2001, we carried out the function tracking and monitoring according to the training plan of the athletes during the research service of the male canoeing athletes of our province. The purpose is to find out the competitive ability of the canoe athletes before and after different training load through a large number of test and analysis, And the relationship between training competitions, we can know the complicated kayaking training and athlete’s functional characteristics and training rules through scientific research data. A large number of tests and data analysis over the past three years found that HB, HR, ΣT / R and other indicators are closely related to the heavy load training and competition of this project. After several years of practice and exploration, it can be concluded that HB, HR and ΣT / R are the sensitivity indexes of training load monitoring and training effect evaluation of canoe athletes in our province.
