由中国铁道学会减速顶调速系统委员会、四川省铁道学会联合召开,并得到铁道部运输局、劳资司、安监司、科技司大力支持的“减速顶调速系统运营管理学术研讨会”于1991年10月28日至31日在成都召开。有49个单位95位代表参加了会议。共收到有关论述减速顶运营管理模式的论文35篇,其中大会宣读12篇,小组会交流18篇。 大会回顾了减速顶17年来的发展史。我国铁路减速顶于1974年开始研制,于1977年通过了铁道部鉴定。此后,我国铁路科技人员同运输部门一起,结合我国驼峰调车场的具体条件和目的制动自动化的需要,又相继开发了外侧顶、可锁闭式加减速顶、单向顶、加速顶、可
It was jointly held by China Railway Society Deceleration Top Speed Control System Committee and Sichuan Railway Society and was supported by the Transportation Management Bureau, Labor Department, Safety Supervision Department and Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways in "Operation Management Symposium for Speed Control System October 28, 1991 to 31 held in Chengdu. 95 delegates from 49 units attended the meeting.
