经济的发展速度,影响着生产武器装备的劳动资料、劳动对象和劳动力的发展速度,并进而影响着武器装备整体水平的发展速度。面对全球金融危机的严峻形势,如何保持我国军事装备健康、高速发展成了一个重要的现实问题。本文通过对世界装备发展史的研究和分析,提出了一些意见,希望对我军装备管理和使用起到积极的促进作用。
The speed of economic development affects the pace of development of labor information, objects of labor and labor force in the production of weapons and equipment and, in turn, the speed of development of the overall level of weapons and equipment. In the face of the grim situation of the global financial crisis, how to maintain the healthy and rapid development of our military equipment has become an important practical issue. Through the research and analysis of the history of the world’s equipment development, this article put forward some opinions and hopefully plays a positive role in promoting the management and use of our military equipment.
