“八五”期间,西藏自治区工商行政管理系统在各级党委和政府的领导下,坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线为指导,牢牢把握“抓住机遇、深化改革、扩大开放、促进发展、保持稳定”的大局,认真贯彻“一个中心、两件大事、三个确保”的指导方针,解放思想,更新观念,认真履行维护社会主义市场经济秩序,管理社会主义大市场的神圣职责,在培育市场体系、发展市场主体、规范市场行为,打击经济违法行为等方面做了大量富有成效的工作,为我区社会稳定、经济发展起到了积极的促进作用。
