针对传统无极绳绞车的不足,设计了2JWY-160型无极绳绞车,用2个抛物线形摩擦轮带动钢丝绳运动,通过一级圆锥齿轮和两级圆柱齿轮减速。该绞车具有结构简单,整机布局合理,运输距离长,钢丝绳实时、动态张紧,可双向运作等特点。
Aiming at the insufficiency of traditional stepless rope winch, 2JWY-160 type infinite rope winch was designed. The rope was driven by two parabolic friction wheel, which was decelerated by first-grade bevel gear and two-stage cylindrical gear. The winch has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable layout of the whole machine, long transportation distance, real-time wire rope, dynamic tensioning and bidirectional operation.
