世界卫生组织在《2000年世界卫生报告》中指出,卫生系统的工作有3个目标:对健康状况的改进程度、对人群期望的反应性以及财政分担的公平性。在我国,民营医疗服务的发展应该能够改善卫生服务系统的绩效、促进上述目标的实现。为调查我国民营医疗服务在医疗服务系统中发挥的作用,我们课题组在3个城市进行了人户居民问卷调查。
The World Health Organization stated in the World Health Report 2000 that the work of the health system has three objectives: the degree of improvement in health status, the responsiveness to the expectations of the population, and the fairness of financial sharing. In China, the development of private medical services should be able to improve the performance of the health service system and promote the realization of the above goals. In order to investigate the role of private medical services in the medical service system in China, our research team conducted a questionnaire survey on households in three cities.
