从现实需求出发,采用“运动式、参与式、体验式”的运动干预型实验教学,利用《青少年心理韧性量表》和半结构访谈对实验教学进行测评,通过为期3个月的实验,结果发现:运动式干预手段对小学生耐挫力品质的积极认知、情绪控制、人际协助、目标专注等维度的改善有明显效果,而对耐挫力品质的家庭支持维度没有产生显著效应.综合结果分析得出耐挫力品质是可以通过运动手段进行干预,且能取得较好的效果.
Based on the actual demand, the experimental teaching of “exercise type, participatory type and experiential type” was used to test the experimental teaching by using the “Adolescent Psychological Toughness Scale” and the semi-structured interviews. The three-month experiment The results showed that exercise intervention had obvious effect on the improvement of the students’ positive cognition, emotion control, interpersonal assistance and target concentration, but not on the family supportive dimension of frustration resistance. The result of the comprehensive analysis shows that the quality of resistance to frustration can be intervened by means of exercise and can achieve better results.
