建筑领域拖欠工程款问题是影响建筑业发展、关系社会安定团结的重要问题。有人把拖欠工程款比做“中国建筑业顽症”。山西省拖欠工程款问题,经过三年的综合治理,确实加大了清欠力度,终使拖欠工程款问题有所缓解。但据我们深入企业调查了解,拖欠款前清后欠的问题仍然比较严重。
The problem of arrears of construction payment in the construction field is an important issue that affects the development of the construction industry and the relationship between social stability and unity.
