国内外大量研究结果表明,能够实现梁端塑性铰外移的狗骨式连接具有良好的塑性变形能力。但由于其翼缘局部削弱使得梁的抗弯刚度退化,因此狗骨钢梁的局部屈曲和侧向失稳问题值得关注。采用拟静力试验方法,研究了狗骨钢梁局部屈曲对其节点性能产生的影响,并尝试通过在削弱部位设置加劲肋的方法约束削弱处的局部变形。研究结果表明:在梁翼缘削弱区通过合理设置加劲肋,可以延迟局部屈曲的出现,改善强度和刚度的退化问题,节点承载能力和塑性变形能力均可得到明显提高。
A large number of domestic and foreign research results show that the dog can achieve the plastic deformation of the outer hinge of the dog bone connection has a good ability to plastic deformation. However, due to the partial weakening of the flange, the bending stiffness of the beam degenerates, so the local buckling and lateral instability of the dog bone beam deserves attention. The quasi-static test method is used to study the effect of local buckling of dog bone on the joint performance. At the same time, the local deformation at the weakening point is restrained by the method of setting stiffeners in the weakened part. The results show that the local buckling can be delayed and the degradation of the strength and stiffness can be improved. The bearing capacity and plastic deformation capacity of the joints can be significantly improved.
