2000年浙江省财政厅将江山市列为“两保两挂”市,这是对江山经济发展的极大支持和鞭策。全市各级各部门抓住这一契机,充分运用“两保两挂”政策,不断改进理财工作,促进了经济发展和财政状况的根本好转。
In 2000, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance listed Jiangshan as “two guarantors and two pegs”, which is a great support and encouragement for Jiangshan’s economic development.
