一、问题的提出我厂装配车间生产的暖风总成(8101C—010)是装在汽车驾驶室内供冬季风窗玻璃除霜和驾驶室取暖用的车身附件。过去生产中返修率一直较高,以三月份为例,从总装厂退回的暖风总成就有49只,返修率高达5.16%,大大超过了总厂考核我厂的总成大修率(1%)。过去采取的办法,就是派人在总装厂现场修复,这不仅使我们生产上处于被动,而且也影响总装厂的生产。开展全面质量管理后,我们决定将“如何降低暖风总成返修率”这个项目作为全面质量管理的试点。为此由车间、技术科、检查科抽人组成质量管理小组进行攻关。

In the past, the repairing rate in production has been high. In March, for example, there were 49 warm-air assemblies returned from the assembly plant, with the rework rate as high as 5.16%. This greatly exceeded the assessment of our factory’s assembly overhaul (1% ). In the past, the solution was to send someone to the assembly plant to repair the site, which not only made our production passive, but also affected the assembly plant’s production. After conducting total quality management, we decided to take the project “How to Reduce the Rework Rate of Heating System” as a TQM pilot. To this end by the workshop, technical department, inspection department pumping people to form a quality management team to tackle key problems.
