在对柴油机燃烧进行分析时,按示功图分析放热率或燃烧率,并通过高速照相来观察和比较燃烧情况,这当然是非常重要的方法。 以前,虽然按照热力学第一定律建立了计算放热率的方法,可是详细研究起来,似乎还存在许多问题。 另外,在计算时不仅计算方法,而且由于各种输入数据也往往会产生较大的误差,因此有必要弄清这些误差的程度。 本文首先着眼于计算放热率的几个因素,并研究了这些因素对计算精度的影响。也就是对气缸里气体温度和成分变化、比热比的选取方法,以及按气缸里的气体匀相(单层)或非匀相(多层)计算放热率的方法等进行了研究。
