本文作者简述了“法语世界”这一概念的起源与发展过程,认为“法语世界”首先是一个文化概念而非曾一度有过的政治概念。所谓“法语文化”也将像戴高乐内阁文化部长、法国著名作家和学者安德烈·马尔罗认为的那样,逐步地被“人类博爱”文化所涵盖。
The author of this article briefly describes the origin and development of the concept of “French-speaking world.” The author thinks that the “French-speaking world” is primarily a cultural concept rather than a political concept that was once seen. The so-called “French culture” will also gradually be covered by the “fraternity of mankind” culture, as Deleuer Cabinet Minister of Culture and famous French writer and scholar André Malo think.
