随着职业教育的飞速发展,当今技工院校招生竞争十分激烈,导致生源一定程度上参差不齐,给班主任管理学生工作带来了巨大的压力,本文在技工学校学生教育和管理中引入了“双首长”育人模式,即一个教师负责专业指导,另一个教师负责思想指导。同时选取两个班级进行量化实验,验证了技工院校“双首长”育人模式的可行性。
With the rapid development of vocational education, the enrollment of technical college students today is very competitive, resulting in a certain degree of uneven source of students, to the class teacher management of students has brought tremendous pressure on the work, this paper introduced in the technical school students’ education and management “Double heads ” model of education, that is, one teacher is responsible for professional guidance, another teacher is responsible for ideological guidance. At the same time, we choose two classes to carry on the quantitative experiment, which verifies the feasibility of “double headmaster ” educational mode in technical college.
