为了讨论色谱保留行为与溶质分子结构间的关系,本文近似地认为分子间作用力由非极性作用力和极性作用力两部分组成。用数理统计方法考察了脂肪伯胺、脂肪醇等化合物的气相色谱和反相液体色谱保留行为与碳数(或分子连通性指数)、诱导效应指数间的关系,得到一般表达式C_B=An_c(或z)+BF+C。据此式解释了同类化合物同分异构体的保留行为,讨论了表达式与碳数规律的关系以及系数A、B、C与麦克雷诺常数ΔI、溶剂极性参数P′的关系。
In order to discuss the relationship between the chromatographic retention behavior and the structure of solute molecules, this paper approximately holds that intermolecular forces consist of non-polar forces and polar forces. Mathematical statistics were used to investigate the relationship between gas chromatographic and reversed-phase liquid chromatographic retention behavior of aliphatic primary amines and fatty alcohols, carbon number (or molecular connectivity index), and induction effect index. The general expression C_B = An_c Or z) + BF + C. According to this formula, the retention behavior of the isomers of the same compounds was explained. The relationship between the expression and the carbon number law and the relationship between the coefficients A, B, C and the McReynolds constant ΔI and the solvent polarity parameter P ’were discussed.
