建设地点:合肥市庐阳区凤台路与桃花路交叉口东北端竣工时间:2013年12月16日基地面积:17.9ha/178716m~2建筑面积:340397m~21、规划理念:紧凑城市—疏与密的关系;城市片段—绿色空间导向的城市空间结构模式,以及新区城市规划理念和对地形及对容积率的追求而来。规划共布置了18栋18层-33层的高层住宅,2-4层商业用房及社区配套用房沿凤台路和昆仑路展开布置。小区通过建筑布局形成四个半围合空间,期间设置集中绿地、泳池等景观区域。
