采用多元逐步回归分析和复回归分析方法,发现影响幼儿园教师专业自觉品质发展的因素有:教师职称和性格、幼儿园专业引领措施和所处地域、园内教师关系、园长管理风格;最终有5条路径影响幼儿园教师专业自觉品质发展:教师职称影响专业自觉品质发展;幼儿园所处地域、教师性格倾向影响园长管理风格、再影响园内专业引领措施,进而影响教师专业自觉品质发展;幼儿园所处地域、教师性格倾向影响园长管理风格,再影响园内教师间关系后,影响园内专业引领措施,进而影响教师专业自觉品质发展。教师需加强教育行动中的自我反省、自我批判、自我超越;园长需改善教师专业自觉成长的幼儿园环境;上级业务部门要加强分类指导。
Using multiple stepwise regression analysis and complex regression analysis, it was found that the factors influencing kindergarten teachers’ professional quality of self-improvement include the professional titles and personality of teachers, leading measures of kindergarten specialty, geographical location, teachers in the park, and management style of headmaster. Teachers need to strengthen their self-reflection, self-criticism and self-transcendence in their educational actions; the headmaster needs to improve the kindergarten environment in which teachers develop professionally and consciously; and the superior business departments should step up their classification guidance.
