本研究运用田间和盆钵试验,观察了甘蓝型油菜(B.napus)角果生长的基本特点,探讨了不同氮水平与角果发育的关系。结果表明,角果生长发育进程呈“S”型曲线,即含明显的生长缓慢期、生长优势期、物质积累优势期和衰老期;氮水平间角果面积增长速率的差异达极显著的正相关(r=0.9091~(**)),单株角果面积与籽粒产量亦呈极显著的正相关(r=0.8820~(**));后期喷氮对提高角果生产力防止早衰有一定效果。
In this study, the field and pot experiments were conducted to study the basic characteristics of growth of B. napus and the relationship between different nitrogen levels and development of pod. The results showed that the process of growth and development of pod was “S” curve, that is, with the obvious slow growth period, the growth predominance period, the material accumulation predominance period and the senescence period. The difference in the growth rate of pod area was extremely significant (R = 0.9091 ~ (**)). There was also a significant positive correlation (r = 0.8820 ~ (**)) between the fruit area per plant and the grain yield. The late spraying of nitrogen increased the productivity of pod fruit to prevent premature aging effect.
