本文在分析了老干部工作与老年大学事业三十年来的发展演变后,列举了一些支配它们发展的规律性现象;认为在今后相当长的时间内,老年大学事业仍将在老干部工作的总体框架下生存发展,并成为经济、政治、社会、文化四位一体的现代化建设战略格局中,老干部工作的一个全新拓展空间。对老年大学未来的发展,提出必须服从老龄化社会生态环境、服从社会公共事务特性、服从教育科学等规律之约束的观点。
After analyzing the evolvement of veteran cadre’s work and that of the old university for 30 years, this article lists some regular phenomena that dominate their development. It holds that under the general framework of the work of veteran cadres, the cause of old university will still be under a long period of time in the future Survive and develop, and become a new development space for the work of veteran cadres in the four-in-one modern strategic pattern of economy, politics, society and culture. For the future development of the elder university, it puts forward the view that it must obey the social and ecological environment of an aging society, obey the characteristics of social public affairs and obey the laws of education science.
