根据国家计划委员会计综[1984]305号文件关于补发《一九八四年工程建设标准规范的制订修订和重点科研项目计划》的通知,公安部责成天津消防科研所会同中国建筑西南没计院、冶金部武汉钢铁设计研究院、教育部天津大学建筑设计研究院、中国船舶检验局海船规范科研所等6个单位共同编制的《囟代烷1211灭火系统设计规范》GBJ110—87,经有关部门会审,国家计委批准,为中华人民共和国国家际准,1988年5月1日施行。该规范由公安部管理,公安部天律消防科研所负责解释,国家计委基本建设标准定额研究所负责出版发行。
