医院感染控制工作中医护人员的慎独修养与培养体会

医院不仅是患者接受诊疗获得康复的场所,同时也是病原菌传播和易感人群集中的地方;医院感染是指住院患者在医院内获得的感染。感染控制过程中的任何疏漏都可能引起医院感染。医院感染的预防与控制贯穿于医疗护理工作的全过程。由于医院内多数医疗护理行为是在无人监督的情况下进行的,因此,医护人员是否具有良好的慎独修养,直接关系到感染控制工作的好坏。

The hospital is not only the place where patients receive medical treatment and rehabilitation, but also the place where the spread of pathogenic bacteria and susceptible people are concentrated. The hospital infection refers to the infection acquired by inpatients in the hospital. Any omissions in infection control can cause nosocomial infections. Prevention and control of hospital infection throughout the entire process of medical care. Because most of the medical care activities in the hospital are conducted under the supervision of no one, whether the medical staff have a good sense of pride and self-cultivation is directly related to the quality of infection control work.
