任何经济模式，都是宏观与微观经济活动以及行为规范的统一。德国社会市场经济模式的宏观总体设计引起了诸多研究者的注意，分析的文章也比较多。笔者认为，适应这种总体设计的微观基础的变化也是不容忽视的，本文从微观与宏观如何协调的角度，对近些年来联邦德国的企业制度与企业行为进行了分析。
Any economic model is the unification of macro and micro economic activities and codes of conduct. The macro-overall design of German social market economy pattern has drawn the attention of many researchers and analyzed more articles. The author believes that adapt to the overall design of the micro-based changes can not be ignored, this paper from the micro and macro perspective how to reconcile the recent years the Federal Republic of Germany’s corporate system and business conduct were analyzed.
