松北镇位于松花江北岸,与哈尔滨市城区隔江相望,东部同松浦镇、太阳岛及虎林园相毗邻,西邻万宝镇,北部与呼兰利民开发区接壤。面积114.6平方公里,辖6个行政村,20个自然屯,户籍总人口24,376人(其中农业人口20,567人),2006年人均收入5,735元,总户数6,562户(其中农业户,5,512户),劳动力8172人。现有耕地2万亩,鱼池3,451亩,林地17,009亩,草原49,000亩。现有企业536个,(其中工业企业191个),镇域公共绿化面积2.6平方公顷,人均住房面积35平方米。
Songbei Town is located on the north bank of the Songhua River and across the river from the downtown of Harbin. It borders on Songpu Town, Sun Island and Hulin Garden to the east, Wanbao Town to the west and Hulan Leemin Development Zone to the north. Covers an area of 114.6 square kilometers and has 6 administrative villages and 20 natural villages with a total population of 24,376 (including 20,567 agricultural population). In 2006, the per capita income was 5,735 yuan, with a total number of 6,562 households (including 5,512 agricultural households) Labor force 8172 people. The existing 20,000 acres of arable land, 3,451 acres of fish ponds, 17,009 acres of woodland, grassland 49,000 acres. 536 existing enterprises (of which 191 are industrial enterprises), 2.6 square hectares of public green area in the town and 35 square meters of per capita housing area.
