6月下旬洋金花(曼陀罗、葫茄)开花期间,采全株15斤,铡碎放入锅内加水150斤,猛火煮沸,持续3小时,去渣得原液约60斤。于6月28日防治伏蚜时,用原液15斤加水17斤稀释,喷于棉叶背面,每亩大约需原液20斤左右。 施药后,选棉田0.9亩作为观察田,每24小时观察记载一次。喷药后3小时,蚜虫即中毒,爬行迟缓无一定方向,少数死在叶上,多数落在地上死亡。药效可持续5天,杀虫效果80％以上(详见下表)。
