这段故事发生在上个世纪80年代末的一天傍晚,突然一名民警气喘吁吁地跑进来,向科长报告在元庄村起赃遇到了困难,时任该村村长以农民砍伐点林木不容易为由,竟然出面阻止起赃,并扬言要派人挖断出村道路以防我们把赃物运走。民警还说,他们这次搜查、起赃时,都有人阻挡,形势非常的不妙。在当前这种复杂的形势下,作为林业警察、作为共产党员,我们要全力履行保护森林资源的天职。在这个紧要当口,如果此事处理不好,将会引起附近几个村庄的不法分子乘机窜人林区大肆破坏森林资源的可能,必须及时制止和解决好。在给市公安局给局领导作了汇报后,我们立即行动起来。
